Job Description
Job Summary - To assist the other nursing staff in the day-to-day activities of the office in accordance with current, Federal, State and Local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern the office. To ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. Regulatory Requirements Current State of Ohio MA or Licensed Practical Nurse Licensure Current BCLS certification through the American Heart Association Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Language Skills Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Additional languages preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills. Skills Basic computer knowledge. Prior knowledge of EHR system is preferred Qualifications Medical Assistant certification is preferred. Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association is required. MA Certification, education, or previous clinical experience as an MA in a clinical setting required. Preferred Skills Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Additional languages preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills. Previous experience with an EMR system is preferred.
