Tulsa, Oklahoma Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Office Services Coordinator to join their team! In this role, you'll support a busy office with a wide range of administrative and facilities-related tasks, helping create a productive and organized workplace. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Manage inbound and outbound package delivery. Sort and distribute inter-office and incoming mail. Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed. Operate printers, scanners, fax machines, and postage equipment. Assist with in-house printing and office support tasks. Answer calls and route them to the appropriate department. Support light moves and box handling throughout the office. Serve as backup support for the front desk receptionist. Work with vendors and contractors on office needs. Assist with special office projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Valid driver's license required. Ability to drive a cargo van for pickups and deliveries. Experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Comfort using office equipment such as printers, copiers, fax machines, and phones. Ability to lift 15 to 30 pounds. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask and complete work in a timely manner. Have Skills & Experience:
Prior office services or administrative support experience. Experience supporting mailroom or facilities operations. Previous exposure to front desk or reception support. Experience coordinating vendor or contractor interactions. Familiarity with office workflow in a corporate environment.

Other Information:
