Purpose Responsible for the daily operations of the office mailroom as well as assisting in all other areas within Office Services. Key Responsibilities Order and manage janitorial suppliesProvide backup to receptionistAnswer and route incoming calls in a timely and professional mannerGreet and direct visitors and vendorsDistribute monthly accounting reportsCoordinate office maintenance itemsPrint and copy jobsBack up for all Office Services functionsProvide additional support for various departmentsOther tasks as neededModels company core values Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalentExcellent telephone etiquetteCustomer service orientationProfessional appearanceAble to relate verbally in a tactful and diplomatic mannerProficiency in Word and ExcelExcellent keyboard and ten-key skillsAbility to work in and maintain a highly functional team environmentAbility to communicate with a wide variety of internal and external customersAble to work independentlyExcellent organizational skillsStrong written & oral communication skillsAble to work well under pressureExcellent interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working as a receptionist
