Duties Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette. Perform data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets. Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents and records. Assist with office management duties such as calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to track expenses and invoices. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries via phone or email and supporting client communication efforts. Handle clerical tasks including proofreading documents, preparing Word processing materials, and managing office supplies inventory. Qualifications Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry tools. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting. Strong computer literacy and technical proficiency across various software platforms. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to facilitate communication with diverse clients and team members. Previous experience in roles such as medical or dental receptionist, personal assistant, or administrative support is advantageous. Knowledge of bookkeeping practices using QuickBooks or similar software is a plus.
