We're currently seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to help our owner manage a mix of business and personal responsibilities with professionalism, discretion, and care. The Administrative Assistant will support the company owner by managing a range of administrative, scheduling, and household management tasks. Some days you'll coordinate meetings and handle emails; other days, you'll research vendors, meet a tradesperson at the owner's home, run errands, or make travel arrangements. This is an ideal role for someone who's comfortable wearing many hats, enjoys organizing and problem-solving, and takes pride in handling details efficiently and discreetly. Key Responsibilities Manage owner's email correspondence and scheduling. Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Meet service providers or tradespeople at the home or office as needed. Research and coordinate household or business projects (e.g., sourcing contractors, scheduling repairs, purchasing gifts). Be prepared to handle whatever needs to be handled that day to allow the owner to focus on running an award-winning business. Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times. Qualifications Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented. Must be proficient in Excel, Google Suite, and generally capable of working efficiently across multiple software platforms and learning new ones as needed. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently once briefed. Comfortable handling both business and personal matters. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities. Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle. Previous experience supporting a business owner or executive preferred.

Hours & Pay Pay Range:

$18 to $25 per hour, depending on experience

Work Setting:

Hybrid (in owner's home or office in South Berwick, ME, and remote flexibility if performance standards are met) Please note: GNB's office will be expanded in 2026/2027, but right now we are a full house. So mostly, you would work from the owner's home. You need to be comfortable working alone much of the time. You can come visit us at the office if you're lonely

• we are only across the street
• but for the most part, you will be working on your own.

Make sure you like this style of work. However, in a couple of years, we will have a bigger office, at which time the owner would like to have her Executive Assistant work with her at the office directly.
