Key Responsibilities:
Clerical Support :
Handle incoming phone calls and emails, manage scheduling system and external customer service system, and perform data entry tasks. Perform customer outreach in a friendly, professional manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications Education :
High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree is a plus.
Experience :
Previous experience as an office assistant or in a related field is preferred.
Technical Skills :
Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Communication Skills :
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Organizational Skills :
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail.
Problem-Solving :
Capable of handling unexpected situations and providing solutions as needed.
Customer Service :
Greet clients and visitors, respond to inquiries, and assist with customer support activities.
Scheduling :
Coordinate field schedule, office meetings, and events, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively.
Document Management :
Prepare and organize documents, maintain records, and ensure paperwork is filed correctly.
Office Organization :
Keep the office environment neat and organized, including managing office supplies and inventory.
Communication :
Facilitate communication within the office and with external parties, including email correspondence and mail handling.

$15.00 - $30.00 per hour
