Requirements:
Previous experience in data entry and administrative roles. Proficiency in using computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Effective time management and multitasking abilities. Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks. Reliable and punctual. High standard of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality is a must
Responsibilities:
Perform receptionist duties to include answering and directing incoming telephone calls. Accepting and processing deliveries of mail, Federal Express and UPS. Preparation of office inventories; maintaining accurate files; maintain and prepare reports, spreadsheets and other records as required on a daily, weekly, monthly basis. Maintaining training files and records; schedule employee trainings; etc.
Pre-requisites:
Must be proficient in speaking, reading and writing both Spanish and English. Be able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis. Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Must be a local (in-state) resident. Must be 18 years of age. Successfully pass pre-employment drug screen and background check. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must possess an in-state Driver's License. Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986. Must complete SIDA training to obtain an airport authority identification security badge. Must possess a High School diploma or GED.
•This is NOT a hybrid role; Remote work is not permitted. Job is on site and work week is split between airport operations & corporate.
