Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Kitchen/Bath Design Studio Administrative Assistant to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our studio, providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help foster positive client interactions, streamline office processes, and support our design professionals. Responsibilities Manage multi-line phone systems, handle inquiries, direct calls efficiently, and provide exceptional customer service. Maintain appointment calendars, schedule consultations, and coordinate meetings for design staff using calendar management tools. Perform data entry tasks accurately within our office management systems, including client information and project details. Organize files, documents, and correspondence through effective filing systems—both physical and digital—ensuring confidentiality is maintained. Support office operations by managing supplies inventory, proofreading communications, and assisting with general clerical duties such as copying and mailing. Requirements Must have construction, interior design, or architectural background Proven office management or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications. Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail; ability to multitask effectively. Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills—both verbal and written—to provide top-tier customer support. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally. Familiarity with data entry, proofreading, filing systems, and calendar management tools.
