Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-orientated individual to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our area manager. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, customer support, and managing front desk responsibilities. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in maintaining an organized and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
Answers telephones, directs appropriately, and greets visitors Obtaining project information; permitting requirements for the county Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook Prepare, submit, and track permit applications with local, state, and county agencies for residential projects, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete. Maintain organized records of all permit applications, communications, and approvals, ensuring easy access for team members. Assist with document management tasks, such as scanning, filing, copying, and maintaining electronic records Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary to ensure smooth office operations. Research online public records and verifying information. Scheduling service request Familiarity with Builder websites Communicate schedule updates and adjustments to project teams, clients, and stakeholders as needed. Coordinate with supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure that schedules align with project timelines and resource availability. Monitor progress against schedules, identifying potential delays and adjusting plans as necessary. Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly schedules and status reports to all relevant parties. Telephones customers to remind them of appointments. Follows up with customer after completion of installation to discuss satisfaction.

$17.00 - $21.00 per hour
