The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, professional, comfortable using computers, and able to work independently while supporting the needs of the office and sales team.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls and respond to routine inquiries. Greet visitors and provide general assistance. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records. File, organize, and retrieve documents and paperwork. Prepare, scan, copy, and distribute documents. Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages. Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars. Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed. Enter and update information in computer systems. Assist with basic administrative and bookkeeping tasks as assigned. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment. Provide general administrative support to staff and management.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous office or administrative experience is a plus. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail.
