Hybrid Medical Assistant / Front Office Coordinator ARTE Aesthetics — Grapevine, TX ARTE Aesthetics is a fast-growing boutique medical aesthetics practice in Grapevine, TX, seeking a polished, detail-oriented Medical Assistant for a hybrid clinical + front office role. This is a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment and wants hands-on exposure to aesthetic medicine while helping run the front of house for a growing brand. What You'll Do Greet and check in clients, creating a warm, elevated first impression Manage scheduling, confirmations, and front desk operations Assist with treatment room setup, sterilization, and turnover Support the injector during procedures (RF microneedling, PDO threads, injectables, and more) Maintain accurate client charting and documentation Help manage retail/skincare inventory and handle phone/email correspondence Represent the ARTE brand with professionalism and warmth in every interaction What We're Looking For MA certification (or equivalent medical office/clinical experience) Prior experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or aesthetics setting preferred Experience with electronic medical records Strong communication skills, phone etiquette, and a polished, professional presence Genuine interest in aesthetics, skincare, and client care, with a desire to grow in the medical spa environment Comfortable multitasking between front office and back-of-house responsibilities in a fast-paced setting Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks, follow provider instructions, and know when to ask questions Compassionate, warm demeanor with patients and coworkers Reliable, punctual, and collaborative team player Work Environment & Physical Expectations On-site position at our Grapevine, TX clinical studio (potential for limited remote tasks) Monday-Friday, daytime schedule; occasional after-hours meetings or events may be required Frequent standing, walking, bending, and light lifting; manual dexterity for handling equipment and instruments; ability to push, pull, and carry items as needed Includes handling of sharps and chemicals Must maintain a professional appearance and a safe, clean workspace at all times Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience Performance-based bonuses available Why ARTE Opportunity to grow alongside an expanding, reputation-driven practice Hands-on training in aesthetic procedures Collaborative, close-knit team environment Located in Grapevine Mills, TX No phone calls or agencies, please.
