Onsite:
Odessa, TX) Halliburton - 3.8 Odessa, TX Job Details Temporary | Contract Up to $21 an hour 10 hours ago Qualifications Communication with suppliers Microsoft Outlook Spreadsheets Invoice processing High school diploma or GED Vendor communication Full Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and dependable administrative professional who can effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Rate:
Up to $21.00/hour, depending on experience.
Assignment Length:
12-month contract with the high possibility of extension and/or conversion based on performance and other factors.
Shift Details:
7:00 am - 5:00 pm | 10 days ON, 4 days
OFF Responsibilities:
Perform simple, routine, and repetitive administrative functions to support the team and ensure smooth office operations. Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records using computer and Excel skills. Support team members with various tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a collaborative spirit.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED is required. Experience processing timesheets, work orders, and invoices. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Professional verbal and written communication skills with vendors, employees, and management. Strong time management skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure. Adaptable to changing work processes. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
