Duties Manage the studio's front desk operations, including greeting clients, answering multi-line phone systems, and providing excellent customer service with professional phone etiquette Oversee scheduling and calendar management for classes, workshops, and special events using Microsoft Office tools and scheduling software Coordinate boutique inventory, sales transactions, and vendor relationships to ensure a seamless shopping experience for clients Handle bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, basic accounting, QuickBooks data entry, and maintaining accurate financial records Assist with event planning and execution for studio showcases, community outreach programs, and promotional activities Support human resources functions including team management, staff training & development, onboarding new employees, and managing confidential information Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry in spreadsheets, maintaining office supplies, and managing office equipment Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of supplies and equipment needed for studio operations Handle payroll processing in collaboration with finance teams while ensuring compliance with all relevant policies Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within a busy environment; dance studio or arts organization experience is a plus Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), spreadsheets, and office management software Familiarity with QuickBooks or other financial software for bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to handle client interactions professionally Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in scheduling, filing, and record-keeping Supervising or team management experience preferred to support staff coordination and training efforts Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times Experience with event planning from conception through execution is highly desirable Knowledge of vendor management practices and budget oversight ensures smooth operations Technical proficiency in office equipment such as multi-line phones, printers, and digital tools necessary for daily tasks Join us as a Part-Time Dance Studio Office and Boutique Coordinator to help create an inspiring environment where dancers thrive!
