Job Description

JOB TITLE
Service Administrator
COMPANY INTRODUCTION
The Lookout at Lake Chelan (www.chelanlookout.com) is a lakeside village located on the sundrenched north shore just one mile from downtown. Beautifully appointed, custom-built vacation homes, sweeping lake views and a world of recreation creates the perfect environment for families to reconnect and unwind. Our unique community features a 70-slip marina, sandy beach cove, pool, hot tub, pickleball & bocce ball courts, trails, parks, and playgrounds.
POSITION AND DUTIES
The Service Department Administrator supports and facilitates the day-to-day operations of the Service department and serves as the primary point of contact for homeowners, and employees regarding service requests. The SDA fields service inquires and obtains information, initiates work tasks, and provides appropriate follow up as needed. As part of this responsibility, the SDA will develop and manage reports and processes and interact with field personnel to schedule work/tasks efficiently. A successful SDA must have the ability to function as a part of a team and be able to think creatively and critically.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Central point of communication for Homeowners and employees regarding service requests Relay work orders, messages, and information to or from work crews, supervisors, and field personnel Facilitates the work order pipeline Arrange for necessary repairs & service calls when appropriate. Schedule service with outside vendors when appropriate Orders parts, supplies, and materials as needed. Ensure that work orders created from resort inspections are complete Oversees the Service Department response process, ensuring all inquiries receive a response within 24 hours of submittal. Utilized resort systems such Escapia, Breezeway, FastField Invoice homeowners for services rendered throughout the month Communicate with Accounting to invoice for additional services Provide support to other resort departments to ensure that schedule repairs are followed through to completion. Ensure that invoices from outsourced service providers are accurate. Ensure that homeowners monthly charges are accurate.

COMPENSATION
Hourly - Your compensation will be 19.00/ hr. You will be paid twice monthly in accordance with the Company's standard payroll practices.
