Part-time admin support for spinal recovery Recovery runs on a solid calendar and good notes. You'd help one person keep scheduling, budgets, and every call and next step in order
THE WORK
Schedule Caregivers Build and maintain the schedule so coverage never falls through. Track the Budget Keep costs recorded, organized, and easy to read. Coordinate the Team Help everyone involved stay in sync on who does what, and when. Track and coordinate calls Note calls with case managers and medical staff; organize outcomes and next steps.

NECESSARY SKILLS
Typing that keeps pace with normal speech Comfortable working in Google Drive A mind that enjoys organizing Detail-oriented and good at multitasking Good communication skills Document formatting skills Open to learning and to instruction Your own laptop to work on
