The Service Coordinator is responsible for the daily management of office furniture installation projects. Non-exempt - Hourly position Responsibilities Responsible for the daily management of installation projects Preparation of installation paperwork for the warehouse and crew Cross checking packing lists and bill of ladings to Delivery Tickets from the dealer Working directly with the dealer to locate and track all products Scheduling jobs with the Scheduler and working with the Dealer and clients for dates and times Create and manage jobs folders from beginning to end of the job includes preparation for invoicing Create and send post install reports back to the dealer or customer after job completion Work with the Quality Assurance Team to coordinate the repairs or corrections for products or site issues Outbound shipments, coordinating Will Calls of product Maintaining Inventory and Demo products Qualifications and Requirements Knowledge of contract furniture processes Order entry/management, project management, account servicing, warehousing/ delivery/installation Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate at all levels of the organization High level integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
