Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position will be located in our Freedom location at N3989 Washington Avenue. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times. The Administrative Assistant will handle various administrative duties, assist with customer inquiries, and contribute to the overall success of the organization. This is a full-time position from January - April with the part-time hours (estimated at 24 hours) for the the balance of the year. Responsibilities Assist front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries. Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system with excellent phone etiquette Maintain organized filing systems and perform data entry tasks accurately Assist in scheduling appointments, updating internal calendars, and managing office supplies Utilize Microsoft Office and Ultra Tax for document creation, data management, and communication with clients and internal staff Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Previous experience as a tax assembler is preferred but not required Familiarity with clerical duties and administrative experience in an office setting is preferred Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional support to clients Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously
