WISCONSIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The Project Clerk is responsible for supporting our construction management team by assisting with daily administrative operations. These responsibilities include performing general office duties, managing routine correspondence or documentation, and assisting in coordinating and maintaining physical and digital project files. This includes accurately coding production tickets and performing audits on financial documents to quickly resolve any discrepancies prior to completing project billing processes. Through training, the Project Clerk will learn to utilize various computer systems to validate daily field timecards and accurately track and record production data or other project-related information. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment, as it is essential in this role to establish and promote strong professional relationships with office and field personnel to support efficient operations. QUALIFICATIONS
One year of experience in an office environment or construction related field preferred. High mathematical aptitude required with high school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong computer skills with experience working with Excel and Microsoft Office, with the ability to adapt to various computer programs through training. Strong communications skills (verbal and written) with the ability to take directives from a variety of people and departments. Independent judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to troubleshoot or problem solve. Self

High level of accuracy and attention to detail, and the ability to establish priorities and complete work within scheduled deadlines. Demonstrate dependability and trustworthiness, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner.
