Pewaukee Dental is focused on providing excellent care and an outstanding experience for every patient who walks through our doors. Our Office Coordinators are an integral part of our care team, playing a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering the warm, professional service our patients have come to expect. We are seeking someone who is organized, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival Schedule patient appointments efficiently, managing calendars and coordinating with team members Handle phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, answering inquiries and directing calls as needed Review treatment items to ensure accuracy and completeness Collect copayments from patients at the time of service Process incoming and outgoing mail promptly and accurately What We're Looking For Experience with insurance verification and patient scheduling preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional phone etiquette and a customer-service orientation Attention to detail when reviewing treatment items and processing payments A collaborative, team-first attitude If you are a motivated individual who enjoys working in a team-oriented environment and has a passion for providing outstanding patient support, we would love to hear from you!
