Job Description
Lakeshore Ice Company / Carlson Refrigeration Superior, WI Part-Time or Full-Time Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM Position Summary Lakeshore Ice Company and Carlson Refrigeration are looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Office Administrative Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. This position plays an important role in keeping our office running smoothly by answering phones, assisting customers, and supporting daily administrative operations. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls for both Lakeshore Ice and Carlson Refrigeration. Take accurate messages and direct calls to the appropriate team member. Greet customers, vendors, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and other staff as needed. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records. Create, update, and maintain Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and other office documents. File, scan, copy, and organize paperwork. Maintain organized office files and assist with general office housekeeping to ensure a clean, orderly workspace. Order and organize office supplies when needed. Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Friendly, professional phone etiquette and customer service skills. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook). Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Previous office, administrative, or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Schedule Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM Part-Time or Full-Time opportunity available Pay$16.00-$18.00 per hour, based on experience.
