Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Clerk to support daily administrative activities and help maintain an efficient and professional workplace. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, assisting team members, handling routine office tasks, and developing valuable administrative and communication skills. Responsibilities Assist with daily office and administrative activities. Organize and maintain documents, records, and routine paperwork. Receive, sort, and organize incoming mail and deliveries. Assist with routine scheduling and office coordination. Maintain organized office areas, files, and supplies. Support team members with general administrative tasks. Assist customers and visitors with routine questions or requests. Maintain accurate records and organized information. Prepare routine forms, copies, and office materials. Communicate office needs and updates to appropriate team members. Help ensure daily office activities are completed efficiently. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong attention to detail. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Reliable, adaptable, and professional. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable interacting with customers, visitors, and coworkers. Previous office, administrative, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
