Job Description

POSITION

: Mail Clerk

LOCATION

: Carmel, IN | Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

$15.29/hr Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM EST with a 30-minute unpaid lunch Temporary assignment, approximately 2 months

ROLE IMPACT

Support timely and accurate check mailing by preparing, matching, and sorting outgoing mail. Success in this role means maintaining strong accuracy while completing repetitive, detail-focused tasks efficiently. Fold, stuff, and seal outgoing check mailings. Match check numbers to the correct mailing labels with high attention to detail. Sort and organize outgoing mail for timely processing. Verify mailing information to help ensure checks are sent accurately.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED required. Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately. Ability to stay organized and focused in a high-volume, repetitive work environment. Dependable and able to complete assigned mailing tasks on schedule.
