- Utilize EMR systems to input and update patient information accurately.
- Deliver exceptional patient service by greeting and assisting patients and visitors at the front desk.
- Utilize multi-line phone systems to answer calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and data security.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills to maintain a smooth flow of office operations. Qualifications (preferred but not required)
- Medical administrative experience
- Patient service experience
- Front desk reception skills
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology
- Familiarity with EMR systems
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced medical office environment
- Experience with multi-line phone systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
