Job Description

R + R Kennels is looking for a confident, organized, dog loving human to run the front desk of our busy facility. This is the face & voice of our business. You'll be answering phones, replying to emails/messages, scheduling appointments, checking dogs in & out, taking payments, etc. Schedule Primarily weekday afternoon shifts
Sundays:
7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Must be reliable and on time Pay & Growth $12/hour starting pay +$1 raise after training is successfully completed Additional +$1 raise after your first 60 days Growth & full time opportunities for the right person We reward consistency, reliability, & strong performance. What You'll Be Doing Answering phones, emails, & client messages (promptly & professionally) Scheduling boarding, daycare, grooming, & training Checking dogs in & out accurately Processing payments & managing accounts Keeping records organized Light to moderate cleaning (front lobby, restrooms, etc.) Helping the team wherever needed
You'll Do Well Here If You:
Are comfortable around dogs of all sizes & personalities Can multitask without getting overwhelmed Have strong communication skills Are organized & detail oriented Take initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do Can handle constructive feedback & want to grow Show up consistently & on time
