Avista Senior Living or Casa Grande is looking to add an exceptional, responsible
RECEPTIONIST
to our Front Desk team at of our beautiful community. This position would be
PART TIME.
The Receptionist serves as the face of our community and is responsible for creating a warm, welcoming, and professional first impression for all residents, families, and guests. This role plays a key part in shaping the overall experience of our community by ensuring every person who walks through our doors feels valued, respected, and cared for. This is a hospitality-focused role within an independent living community. Key Responsibilities Greet residents, guests, and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and kindness Answer phones and assist with inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner Ensure the front desk and lobby remain clean, organized, and welcoming at all times Support a positive, hospitality-driven environment for residents and guests Assist with general administrative and operational tasks as needed Place work orders when notified by staff, residents or family's Monitor all visitors coming and going from the community and ensure they are signing in and out Shift Responsibilities (8:00 AM - 1:00 PM) (1:00 PM- 6:00 PM) Weekends Holidays A genuine passion for kindness, service, and helping others Have or obtain: Fingerprint Clearance Card, First Aid, CPR, Food Handlers Card Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, dependable, and self-motivated Ability to create meaningful connections with residents and guests Comfortable working independently (especially overnight shift) Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
