Front Desk Associate / Receptionist We are seeking highly motivated, ethical, team player who is looking to be part of a company with a great future in mortgage lending.

Key Responsibilities:

Help manage day-to-day office operations and maintain an organized workspace; Answer phones, greet clients, and provide a welcoming office experience; Coordinate calendars including scheduling meetings and lunches; Coordinate office supplies, inventory, and help manage vendor relationships; Assist with gifting programs (ensuring timely shipping of gifts, verification of receipt and other communication); Accurate data entry of information into customer database systems; Execute work-related tasks outside the office; Assist the executive team as needed with social media, scheduling and other administrative tasks; Help organize and maintain library of existing media; Ensure clients receive prompt and professional communication; Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information; Help create a positive and high-energy office culture; Bilingual-Spanish skills helpful, but not required.
