Position Summary As the first point of contact for our luxury condominium community, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while supporting the day-to-day operations of the property. The successful candidate will be friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and committed to providing an exceptional resident experience. Key Responsibilities Greet residents, guests, vendors, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner Assist residents with package retrieval and delivery notifications Manage resident fob access, credentials, and related requests Answer and direct phone calls professionally and efficiently Schedule appointments, meetings, and resident service requests Provide general administrative support to the management team Respond to resident questions and concerns while delivering exceptional customer service Maintain accurate records, logs, and community databases Assist with office organization, filing, correspondence, and special projects Support community events and resident engagement activities when needed Qualifications Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Professional, friendly, and positive attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and general computer systems Administrative experience preferred Reception, hospitality, concierge, or customer service experience is a plus Highly Desired Skills Information Technology (IT) experience or troubleshooting skills Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly Experience with access control systems, resident databases, or property management software Technical aptitude and willingness to assist with basic technology-related needs Weekend availability is required.
