Role Description This is apart-time, on-site Receptionist role based in Phoenix, AZ. The Receptionist will greet and direct visitors, answer and route phone calls, and serve as the first point of contact for clients and partners. Daily responsibilities include managing the front desk, scheduling appointments, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and maintaining a tidy reception area. The role also involves basic clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and updating client records, as well as supporting attorneys and staff with administrative needs. The ideal candidate will provide courteous, efficient service while maintaining confidentiality and a professional demeanor. Qualifications Strong Phone Etiquette and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries and support a positive client experience. Experience with Receptionist Duties, including greeting visitors, managing the front desk, and coordinating appointments. Proficient Clerical Skills, such as filing, data entry, and basic document handling. Effective Communication abilities, both verbal and written, for interacting with clients, attorneys, and staff. Ability to maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in a legal environment. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email, calendars, and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar tools). Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Previous experience in a law firm or professional office setting is preferred but not required.
