Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to serve as a welcoming first point of contact for customers, visitors, and team members. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, providing helpful assistance, staying organized, and contributing to a positive professional environment. Responsibilities Welcome customers, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner. Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team member. Respond to routine customer and visitor questions. Assist customers with basic requests and follow-ups. Assist with scheduling appointments and routine office activities. Receive and organize incoming mail, deliveries, and documents. Maintain accurate visitor, customer, and administrative records. Communicate customer questions and feedback to appropriate team members. Support team members with general administrative and customer service tasks. Help coordinate communication between customers and office staff. Assist with organizing office materials and supplies. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Excellent attention to detail. Customer-focused attitude. Comfortable answering phones and interacting with visitors. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Reliable, adaptable, and dependable. Previous receptionist, front desk, office, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
