Full-time Veterinary Receptionist needed! (No weekends)
Job Description
We are a busy one- doctor privately owned practice located in the heart of Scottsdale. We are looking to add a full-time receptionist to our team! We are willing to train, but basic veterinary terminology is a plus! Answering phones & emails to help bridge communication between doctor and technicians. Greet clients, check patients in/out, handle invoices/payments accordingly, and maintain lobby and exam rooms. Fill prescriptions, basic clerical work, and feel comfortable holding patients for nail trims, anal glands, etc. Strong communication skills and the ability to be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment is necessary. Maintain accurate patient records & experience in animal husbandry is a plus. Schedule will be 4 days Monday- Thursday from 7:15 to 4:30 with a 30 minute-1 hour lunch break. Compensation will be based on experience: $17.00 to $19.00 an hour bi-weekly. Looking to hire a candidate ASAP!
