Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Veterinary Front Desk Coordinator to join our teams at Animal Hospital at Grayhawk (Scottsdale) and Desert Ridge Animal Hospital (Phoenix). We are a family-owned practice with two hospitals just a few miles apart, and we want every client to feel like they have a true family vet, not like another number walking through the door. Our appointments are 30 minutes long, so our doctors have time to listen. As the face of our hospitals, you will set the tone for every visit, making sure clients and their pets feel welcomed, informed, and cared for from the first phone call to checkout. This is a full-time position with shifts at both of our hospitals, including Saturdays from 8am to 12pm at Grayhawk.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and their pets with a warm and welcoming demeanor Schedule appointments and answer client questions by phone, text, email, and in person Check clients in and out, including invoicing and payments Route prescription refill requests to our doctors Keep client and patient records accurate and up to date Work closely with our doctors and technicians to keep the day running smoothly Help keep the reception area clean and organized
Requirements:
Previous experience in a veterinary client service role Comfortable with computers and administrative tasks; experience with Vetter or PetDesk is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Able to stay calm and kind in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively You will work alongside a team of passionate animal lovers and make a real difference in the lives of pets and their people. Pay:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
