Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles. Excellent customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette and ability to communicate effectively. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office equipment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while managing time effectively. Previous experience as a front desk is advantageous. Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly with high attention to detail for proofreading and document accuracy. Technical proficiency in office software combined with excellent interpersonal skills to support client communication and provide outstanding customer support.
