Job Responsibilities:

Greet guests as they enter the location Opening and closing the location Educating the guests on our packages and inform customers of any current sales or special offers and cross-sell products, when appropriate Managing the reservation book Checking guests in and out of the location Understand customer needs and identify offerings based on their preferences Ensure sufficient stock is available on the shelves and that the center is presented professionally The position is perfect for you if: You are someone that is positive, friendly, upbeat with a personable demeanor and strong communication skills You are excited to prioritize the guest experience and help educate guests on the benefits of our products and services! Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Beauty Advisor, wellness associate, or similar role is preferred Previous experience in customer service at a retail store is preferred Extensive knowledge of makeup, hair care, and skincare products In-depth knowledge of skin care products and when they are appropriate for various skin types Excellent communication skills Ability to remain calm and have a friendly demeanor even during busy hours We're an equal opportunity employer.
