First Rescue Ambulance Inc. is a growing non-emergency Ambulance Transport company. We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive and dynamic work environment where our team can thrive. We are currently seeking a motivated and personable Administrative Assistant to join our administrative team. This role provides the opportunity to transition into a full-time position in the future based on organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document management Assist departments such as HR, billing, or operations with clerical support Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Professional demeanor and appearance
