is a growing bathroom and shower door company specializing in modern shower enclosures, bathroom hardware, and related home improvement products. We serve customers across the United States through e-commerce platforms, wholesale channels, and warehouse distribution. We are looking for a reliable and organized Front Desk / Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries Welcome and assist guests, customers, and vendors Perform general administrative and office support tasks Assist with order processing, filing, and data entry Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and operations teams Manage incoming/outgoing mail and office supplies Maintain organized office records and documents Support management with additional administrative duties as assigned Qualifications Authorized to work in the United States Bilingual in English and Chinese required Strong communication and organizational skills Detail-oriented and responsible Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Previous front desk, administrative, or customer service experience preferred Previous bathroom furniture industry experience preferred
