Veterinary Receptionist (CSR)

Erickson Veterinary Hospital is seeking a dependable, customer service oriented Client Services Representative to join our qualified veterinary staff. We are open 6 days a week (Saturdays being urgent care, walk in exclusive) As a Client Services Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their pets. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all client inquiries and requests are handled promptly and efficiently, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. Our ideal candidate possess these qualities: Can work in a fast-paced environment and is a strong team player Passionate about creating the best experience for our clients and their pets Ability to manage client expectations professionally and with grace Maintain a friendly and positive attitude, even under stressful situations Multi-task and perform under pressure with a sense of urgency High-level verbal and written communication skills High-level critical thinker, ability to prioritize, multitask Familiar with navigating electronic scheduling and filing systems, must have basic computer and tech skills A quick learning curve, a desire to help, and be self-motivated Basic knowledge about pets is preferred, but not required Responsibilities will include: Greet clients and their pets with a warm and friendly attitude Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar Answer phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication from clients Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and policies Assist clients with completing necessary paperwork Process payments for services rendered Maintain client records and update information as needed Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service in a veterinary environment, we would love to hear from you.
