Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer support. Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and directing calls efficiently. Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading documents, and maintaining organized records. Support office management activities by assisting with mail distribution, supply inventory, and basic administrative duties. Communicate effectively with clients and team members through clear verbal and written correspondence. Maintain a tidy reception area, ensuring all office supplies are stocked and the environment remains professional. Requirements Bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve a diverse client base effectively. Proven office management or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively. Prior experience answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy. Demonstrated clerical experience including filing, proofreading, and data entry. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and strong communication abilities. Ability to handle phone reception with tact and maintain proper phone etiquette at all times. Personal assistant or front desk experience is a plus, along with strong typing skills and attention to detail.
