Job Description
Pay:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour (based on experience) About the Role We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and client-focused Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing tax and accounting office. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating a welcoming environment, communicates confidently with clients, and thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven setting. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality client experience and supporting daily office operations. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome clients in a friendly, professional manner (in person and over the phone) Manage incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries with accuracy and efficiency Schedule appointments and maintain organized calendars Notify staff promptly of client arrivals Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office and lobby Direct clients appropriately using internal procedures Assist with general administrative and office support tasks Meet deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail Qualifications Bilingual (English & Spanish) required Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or client-facing role preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Professional demeanor and appearance Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent time management and attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy Positive attitude and willingness to learn Experience in a tax, accounting, or professional office is a plusJob Type:
