About us A Better solution in Home Care is a small business in San Diego, CA. We are professional, agile, Our goal is to Find an administrative assistant that is computer savvy that can assist with on boarding caregivers, recruiting, and can Multi Task, this position may go full time for the right person.
Hours:
8am-3pm (M-F)- May Stay till 5pm on Fridays

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information as needed
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and other events
- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Maintain office supplies and inventory levels
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks
- Transcribe documents or meeting minutes as required
- Provide excellent customer support to clients or patients
- Manage front desk operations and ensure a clean and organized reception area
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in proofreading and attention to detail
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Experience working in a medical or dental office is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of calendar management software or tools
- Familiarity with basic clerical tasks and office equipment this position will also handle compliance of employee files, making sure they are updated and in accordance to California regulations.
