In this dynamic role, you will be the welcoming face of our salon, managing front desk operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and professionally as they arrive, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, schedule appointments, and direct calls efficiently Coordinate appointment bookings using scheduling software and maintain accurate calendar management Handle client check-ins and check-outs with attention to detail and excellent customer support skills Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure all client information is up-to-date Provide clerical support including proofreading documents, managing emails, and supporting team members with administrative needs Qualifications Previous office management or administrative experience in a customer service environment is preferred Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry, booking software for grooming salons is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting Bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve diverse clientele Knowledge of front desk operations, phone etiquette, and clerical procedures is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly and maintain professionalism at all times Join us as a vital part of our team where your organizational talents and customer service expertise will shine!
