We have a wonderful team of doctors, technicians, assistants, and CSRs and are looking to add another team member to our work family! Our team is dedicated to excellent and compassionate care for pets and their families. Below are some of the job requirements and expectations:

• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable work ethic
• Friendly, positive attitude
• Willing to work an occasional Saturday
• Minimum of 2 years of veterinary reception experience
• Handling multiple phone lines
• Scheduling appointments
• Checking clients in/out
• Transferring of medical records
• Being able to maintain a clean and organized environment
• Being a supportive and communicative team member!
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required

Pay:
