This energetic role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting daily office functions. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your positive attitude and proactive approach will help create a professional and inviting atmosphere for clients, visitors, and team members alike. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and providing accurate information or directing calls appropriately Manage front desk operations including, handling mail, and maintaining visitor logs Support office management tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading documents, and organizing office supplies Assist with clerical duties including word processing, document preparation, and maintaining organized files Provide customer support by addressing inquiries efficiently and courteously, both in person and via phone or email Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and effective communication across departments Qualifications Bilingual proficiency is highly preferred to serve diverse client needs effectively Proven office management experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy Prior office experience with familiarity in clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, and data entry Excellent phone answering skills with a focus on phone reception and multi-line phone systems Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment Personal assistant or administrative experience is a plus to support various office functions Join us in creating a vibrant workplace where your organizational talents and positive energy make a real difference!
