Job Description:
Our client, a leading private equity firm on the Westside of Los Angeles, is seeking a customer-focused Receptionist to join their team. In this role, you'll manage phone lines, greet guests professionally, and handle office operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is energetic, adaptable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Office Management:
Oversee all front office administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Guest Relations:
Greet and direct visitors with professionalism and courtesy, making a lasting impression.
Communication Hub:
Respond to inquiries from employees, callers, and visitors with clarity and efficiency.
Vendor Coordination:
Liaise with building maintenance and external vendors to facilitate seamless operations.
Event Planning:
Manage the office calendar and organize meetings and events, enhancing team collaboration.
Office Opening/Closing:
Ensure the office is opened and closed daily, maintaining a secure and orderly environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Strong communication and organizational capabilities. Detail-oriented with a high level of professionalism and discretion. Able to work autonomously and adapt to changing priorities. Familiarity with standard office systems and tools.
