In this vital role, you will manage checking in customers and handling online orders, on top of helping your fellow coworkers. You will also have opening and closing duties that involve cleaning the front lobby, main showroom and etc. Greet visitors warmly, verify identification, and direct them appropriately to ensure a positive first impression Handle incoming calls and frequently checking our weedmaps profile and our home website. Skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting Exceptional customer service skills paired with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication abilities Bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Familiarity with front desk operations and cannabis industry desired but not required. Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously
