Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles, preferably in a busy office environment. Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems and handling multiple phone lines simultaneously. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills. Basic knowledge of general administrative duties and office equipment such as copy machines.
