Job Description

Pryntsev Ballet Academy is looking for someone to join the team! We nurture students' love for ballet and dance. As a strong ballet academy, we are trusted by families to help grow dancers' technique and artistry. PBA is currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for the following shifts: Tuesdays, Wednesdays (3:00-8:30 PM), and Saturdays (9:30 AM-3:00 PM) The Front Desk Receptionist is the first face of the studio and is responsible for warmly welcoming students, families, and guests into the academy. Exceptional customer service is essential, as this role involves facilitating communication with current and new families while helping to maintain the smooth day-to-day operations of the studio. We're specifically looking for someone who is kind, outgoing, ambitious, detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and a natural problem solver.
Qualifications:
Experience in customer service and client relations Strong administrative skills: answering phones, checking attendance, processing new enrollments, and using our studio software (training provided) Comfortable working with children ages 3-17 and adults Friendly, positive energy with a strong sense of organization Located in Orange County, CA or willing to relocate College degree preferred or currently pursuing a degree Dance background or knowledge of dance is a major advantage Responsibilities Record accurate class attendance Communicate with parents/students and assist with questions through text, email, call, or in person Process payments and register students for classes & programs Answer phones and respond to inquiries professionally Welcome and maintain new students at the academy Work together with our administration team and attend weekly meetings Please email your resume to: info@pbadance.com Additional materials like a headshot or website links are encouraged so we can learn more about you!
