The people come first at Foothill Fire Protection! Position Description FFP is in search of a candidate to fill the position of Receptionist/Administrative Assistant at our Corporate Office in Loomis. This challenging and fast paced position will require a personable candidate with experience in customer service. Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries Produce and maintain documents including spreadsheets using MS Office Adhere to office safety procedures Perform general administrative duties and assist with various tasks (may include scheduling and tracking equipment service calls/trouble tickets) Additional duties as assigned Candidate Requirements Proficient using MS Office with proficiency using Outlook and Excel. Excellent customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. Strong organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with senior management, external client organizations and vendors. Must be quality minded and self-motivated.
