Monday to Friday 8am-5pm Qualifications High school diploma/GED (required) Medical Practice Front Desk experience - 6 months minimum (required) EMR experience (Required)

Office Administration and Management:

Responsible for patient check-in, treating all patients in a professional and courteous manner. Reviews patient charts to verify necessary information and signatures have been obtained. Enters new patient information into computer. Ensures the patient feels welcome to the practice. Duties include verifying insurances, collecting moneys, answering phone calls, and completing daily close outs.
