Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls, route calls appropriately, and take accurate messages.
- Provide bilingual Spanish front desk support for callers and visitors as needed.
- Stamp, process, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for basic administrative and office support tasks.
- Maintain a neat, organized, and professional reception area. Compensation and Benefits
Compensation:
$25 per hour.- Direct hire opportunity.

- Manage front desk reception and provide a professional first impression for clients and visitors.
- Answer and route phone calls accurately and efficiently.
- Support daily mail processing, including stamping and distribution.
- Use Microsoft Office tools to assist with administrative tasks.
- Bilingual Spanish skills required.
- At least 3 years of experience in a professional office environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication, phone etiquette, and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance, dependable attendance, and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to stay organized while managing front desk activity in a busy office setting. Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a law firm, legal services office, or other professional services environment.
- Experience handling multi-line phone systems or switchboard duties.
- Strong ability to interact with clients, attorneys, vendors, and internal staff with discretion and professionalism.
