Job Description
Full-time Receptionist/Client Service Representative. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Being attentive to clients.
- Identify and work compassionately with clients in various emotional states.
- Answer and triage phone calls from clients.
- Schedule appointments and procedures.
- Check out clients.
- Monitor client flow from check-in to check-out.
- Client call backs.
- Managing record requests from other hospitals and online pharmacies.
- Filling prescriptions.
- Monitoring and cleaning of reception area and nurses area.
- Process payment transactions.
- Maintain proper documentation in the electronic medical record.
- Reconcile drawer at end of day.
Work Remotely No Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per weekBenefits:
