Job Description

Full-time Receptionist/Client Service Representative. Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Providing excellent customer service.
  • Being attentive to clients.
  • Identify and work compassionately with clients in various emotional states.
  • Answer and triage phone calls from clients.
  • Schedule appointments and procedures.
  • Check out clients.
  • Monitor client flow from check-in to check-out.
  • Client call backs.
  • Managing record requests from other hospitals and online pharmacies.
  • Filling prescriptions.
  • Monitoring and cleaning of reception area and nurses area.
  • Process payment transactions.
  • Maintain proper documentation in the electronic medical record.
  • Reconcile drawer at end of day.
We are not a corporate owned hospital . We are a family owned veterinary hospital. Client Service Representatives must possess good critical thinking and problem solving skills, compassion, a positive attitude, follow-through and excellent communication and teamwork skills. Punctuality is expected. 40 hours per week; CalSavers 401(k) available. Sick time, Pet discounts for up to 5 of your own personal pets. Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug test. Must have veterinary receptionist experience. 1 year recent experience preferred. No phone calls will be taken.
Work Remotely No Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
